Public information shows that Xin Yi has more than 10 years of work experience in US listed companies and has been engaged in financial and capital market related work. After joining Tuniu in 2013, he held various positions, such as vice president of investor relations, strategic investment and international media. In November 2017, Xin Yi took over as Tuniu CFO. Before joining Tuniu, Xin Yi worked in Huaxing Capital Assets Research Department, Dangdang and New Oriental Education Technology Group.
Since 2020, Tuniu has retired two senior executives. On January 6, Chen Shihong stepped down as chief technology officer (CTO) of Tuniu and continued to serve as Tuniu, becoming the vice president of the company responsible for Tuniu hotel management.
