It's clear that the guests should contact in time when they leave their belongings (and specially leave their contact information). Why do you have to wait for a telephone inquiry? The front desk retorts, how slow are we? This kind of hotel management is really the main reason why we are unwilling to stay in, which spoils the surrounding environment. It seems that no hardware can resist the service!
